Please note that this business is actually closed at the address listed on this Google page (7610 E Palmer-Wasilla Hwy) and has been since January 2020. The private investigator is working out of his/her house 40 minutes away, but the actual (closed) business address is/was less than 3 miles/4 minutes away from our location of interest. I was NOT told the physical business was closed until AFTER I hired them, (based on their current but CLOSED location), AFTER I paid them $1,000.00, and not until AFTER the money was gone (without receiving what was mainly requested). There is A LOT more to the story but when I typed it out, Google said I exceeded the amount of characters. There is really no way to explain what happened in fewer words. Please do yourself a favor, save yourself a lot of headache, frustration, and MONEY by reading the actual review in its entirety. It is a crazy story to say the least! Never did it ever cross my mind that what happened would be the result of hiring this agency. Just BEWARE if you choose to use this business!!!!!! Had I of known from the beginning, that the physical address is actually closed, I would've NEVER even contacted this agency for hire. FOR YOUR INFORMATION AND PROTECTION: MAKE SURE THERE IS A STREET ADDRESS ON ANY CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGN WITH THEM. THEIR CONTRACT STATES THEY CAN CHARGE YOU FOR MILEAGE (FROM THEIR LOCATION), YET THERE IS NO STREET ADDRESS ON THEIR CONTRACT, ONLY A CITY AND STATE. I was unfortunately, way too trusting to assume the location was open at the address that is represented on multiple websites (address on Facebook, Google, and their OWN website is inaccurate) as a current location. *****VERY IMPORTANT!!!***** TO SEE THE FULL REVIEW PLEASE GO TO the regular FACEBOOK site (not app).
