The work was extremely irresponsible and careless, showing no consideration for the customer’s needs. The PI work appears to have been limited to a basic, computer-generated background check, without verifying whether the information met the customer’s requirements. Many important points that required further PI follow-up and investigation were left unaddressed, and relevant information was omitted. Overall, the service was very poor.
