Same Day Process

I have been using process servers for over 20 years in my line of work, and I would highly recommend this one. Very customer friendly and on top of things. From the person who answers the phone, to the staff behind the scenes, nothing but professionalism and accuracy.

I highly recommend Same Day Process to anyone looking to effectuate service. They are prompt, attentive to detail, and reasonably priced for a company that, on more than one occasion, has gone above and beyond the effort I expected. I even had a case where they noticed a small, but very relevant typo in a complaint that had already been filed with the Court. They informed me of the error, which neither the Court nor myself had noticed when the filing was submitted and accepted likely saving my client both time and money as I was able to correct the mistake with an amended complaint immediately. I have no intention of using anyone else in the future. If you need documents served, this is the business to trust.

These guys are awesome! Super responsive to questions, and diligent. They even helped me catch the defendant's spouse in a lie, when their process server noticed that the same person that claimed to be a part time housekeeper during the first process serving attempt was at the house again in the second attempt, and got the person to admit his real name and that he in fact lived at the house. And they quickly served process during the week of Christmas!
