I wished I’d had “Convo w/ a PI through my Ring doorbell” on my BINGO card! Mark made the process we worked on together so easy and seamless. He located me personally and we had a great conversation through my video doorbell about why he located me and what services he could provide. I thought it was a joke. But he left me with information and I was able to research and find out he was really there to help me claim what was due to my family. He was professional, patient, and helped me understand what needed to be done and how long it would take. The process was seamless and quick, and I am forever grateful to Mark for making this so simple for me.

Mark looked into a sensitive matter for us that was difficult to get information about. He persevered until he accomplished the assignment and as a result brought a great deal of peace to us. He was professional and sensitive to what we needed and very prompt with communication.
