Troy is a hard working guy. Before I used him for some background info work, I saw him work in my building for 5+ years. If I was a betting man, I would assume the couple bad reviews were a misunderstanding. He is always available, because I rent in the same commercial building and he is there like 6 days a week. The work I asked him to do was efficient, fast and he was communicative. I implore you to give him a shot if you are looking for a P.I. Good guy. Great work ethic.

I’m very disappointed with this firm and Troy Richardson and would not recommend working with him. I paid him up front cash and was told multiple times he was working on getting me what I paid for. I did not receive any of what we discussed he would send and he took my money. He hasn’t responded to me in weeks. A quick google search made me realize I should have researched him better before hiring him. He oversold his services and did not deliver what I paid him for.

I gave one star review due to the fact thres no option for zero stars. Don't waste your hard earned money.
