Elite Investigations is probably the best investigative agency in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly professional team. A lot of times, situations in which you require PI services are dynamic and in these situations you need a team of investigators that are flexible, committed, and professional. Elite investigators is this team. I made the mistake of going with a different investigator first. This investigator did not prioritize my case and did not have the necessary resources to locate my daughter. I had limited information, I just knew the name of the hotel that she was supposed to be staying at and the days that she most likely would be there. I had no clue who she was with, although I had my suspicion. After two very frustrating days of no result, I decided to call Elite Investigations. The owner answered the call, was calm and took me seriously. He appreciated how worried I was about my daughter and was ready to take on the mission. Me, being the skeptical person that I am decided to vet them. I called several agencies asking about what they thought about Elite Investigations, and even my previous Investigator stated that “if there was one team that he would recommend, it’s Elite Investigators.” Turns out that they have an amazing reputation in Las Vegas. This sold me on the idea of hiring them and after a streamed lined hiring process, the owner let me know that his investigator would be contacting me. He assigned my case to one of his senior investigators and this person was amazing. His senior investigator updated me frequently, did his best to answer any questions that I had. He was an amazing problem solver and was not afraid to think outside of the box. He was always making sure that I felt comfortable with the cost of the operation and was extremely careful to stay within the budget. Within four hours of having them on the job, his team found my daughter. My wife and I shed tears when we saw our little girl. They were careful, they never got caught. They even worked with my lawyer and were open to write reports that we could use to make sure that court orders are not broken in the future. Bottom line is that they worked relentlessly even through a major holiday to make sure that my daughter remained safe. They were indeed my daughter’s guardian angels. My wife and I cannot explain the peace of mind that we got because of Elite Investigations. Don’t be distracted by fancy ads that may pop-up or fancy offices that may be in photos. These are the guys that you want to do business with.

I have been using Elite Investigations for service for approximately two years and although they have done a very good job for my company. I recently had an incident where I had a problem that arose and immediately upon contacting Cyndi to discuss, she took it upon herself to immediately remedy the situation and ensured that service was effectuated that day. Cyndi went above and beyond to make sure that no only the problem was resolved but additionally, that I was able to receive an Affidavit of Service to file with the Court so that we could continue and complete our case within two judicial days. Cyndi was amazing that day and myself and my client will be forever grateful!
