I had the occasion to have an opportunity to enter into a business partnership that had appeared it could be quite lucrative, almost to good to be true. Before doing so, I knew I had to perform some sort of due diligence before proceeding. I reviewed multiple websites for private investigators who I could trust to do a thorough job, it was pretty easy to decide, I picked Cowan Investigations, their team appeared to be a cut above the rest. At the moment I spoke with Liz who answered my call I felt I was in the right place. The Cowan Investigations Background Department was phenomenal, it was run by Matt DelRosario a retired NYPD Detective; Matt was extremely sharp, insightful and thorough, he left no stone unturned, in the end he uncovered information that caused me to decide against entering the business relationship. I have a PI business in Indianapolis. We had papers to serve to a hard to find person dodging service and had been trying for months. We received information he was at a casino in Atlantic City. I called Cowan and they were on it immediately. The next morning, they found the guy in the middle of a busy casino, served the papers, and captured it all in photographs. I highly recommend!
