Root Investigations

I needed a private investigator, and was a little apprehensive to call one. I needed help and decided I would call Root Investigations. I left a message, and Liz returned my call immediately. She was calm and friendly and put me at ease right away. She listened to my needs and concerns and was able to offer a solution. I hired her and was glad I did. She was discreet, she solved my issue, and I have no regrets. I recommend Root Investigations and will definitely call there again should a need arise.

Accurate and Professional Results! I was planning a reunion and was unable to locate a handful of individuals to extend an invite. Even with social media, I was still having no luck. Decided to contact a PI to help me with locating them. Super easy to speak with Liz, smooth process, and the turnaround time was great. I felt weird at first but once I found the individuals I was looking for and reached out, it was like no time passed! Glad I contacted Root Investigations.

Liz and her team are incredible! I recently needed her help on an extremely time-sensitive landlord/tenant issue. Liz bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and delivered everything that I needed well in advance of my deadline. She’s extremely professional and responsive, but more than that she’s just a really kind and sincere person that actually cares about her clients and their issues. I’ve worked with several private investigators in the past but moving forward I’ll only work with Liz.
