Very good experience with Ben and his team. Made me feel heard and taken care of during the midst of a very difficult situation. Even going as far as to change plans and mobilize a team over a holiday weekend. Their hard work and diligence was very much appreciated!

Had issues with service but was some confusion with the Greenville sherrifs office completely unprofessional ways of handling things, but have to say that Whitesell reached out to me and went out of their way to correct the situation and helped me take care of things to make it right..very professional and dedicated customer service. The only reason im not leaving 5 stars is because of the relationship with the sherriffs office and mass confusion tht causes. Whitesell investigations themselves are definitely top notch

Bri was super helpful in making sure my papers were served. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and even followed up with me. Would definitely recommend this company and make sure to ask for Bri.

We're blessed to say that we've never not been paid by a customer in over 28 years. Until we had a happy customer that the insurance deposited the repair check into her account instead of sending it to us, so she spent it and we lost about 9k in all. Ben and his team, finally found the customer as she moved often, and got her served not once but twice, with judgements. I appreciate their time, reasonable prices, and efforts!
