I used them for a background check on someone & they were able to provide me the information I was looking for in another state & was able to dig until they got a court date and the disposition for them here in SC. Still waiting for another report from another state, so far they have kept me updated on what's happening when I ask & I've been in contact with Candis the whole time, super nice & answers all my questions!

The one star is for the friendly customer service. I only used them because of the reviews I saw on google. I came to them on a very short notice 6/26 with a court date for July 8. She told me they only have until July 6th to get the job done. I went ahead and paid so they could jump right on it. A week went by and I haven't heard from them so I reached out July 3rd to get any updates. I was told they tried one time but nobody was there and would try again that weekend. Here it is the day for court and still haven't heard from them. I called this morning no answer so I left a voicemail. I called them back maybe two hours later and somebody finally picked up. When I asked for an update she put me on hold just to come back to the phone and say they wasn't able to serve him. I get that is wasn't guaranteed but what a waste of 175! There was absolutely zero communication which makes me wonder if they even attempted at all. I wish I would've paid the full amount on my card so I could dispute the charge. Definitely will be using somebody else next time!
